Music Teacher Central is operated by Meagher Music. These terms apply to purchases and resources obtained through www.MusicTeacherCentral.com.

License and Permitted Use

Unless a product states otherwise, each purchase grants a license for one teacher’s personal use and instruction of their own students, including classroom ensembles and private lessons. Purchasing a resource does not transfer ownership or copyright.

You may:

  • Download and retain copies for your own use.

  • Print copies for your own students.

  • Share resources with your students through a password-protected classroom platform accessible only to those students.

  • Adapt files identified as editable for your own teaching.

  • Refer to a resource in a blog, presentation, or professional development session with credit to Music Teacher Central and a link to our website. Do not distribute the resource.

Restrictions

You may not share files or download links with other teachers, departments, schools, or districts unless an appropriate additional license has been purchased.

You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, claim authorship of, or remove copyright notices from our resources. You may not include them in another product or distribute modified versions.

These rules also apply to free resources unless stated otherwise. Any additional permissions or restrictions listed with a product apply to that product.

Purchases and Delivery

Products are digital downloads unless otherwise stated. No physical items will be shipped. Access instructions are provided after successful payment.

Review the product description, file formats, and software requirements before purchasing. You are responsible for having compatible software, internet access, and a working email address.

Prices and promotions may change. The price and applicable taxes shown at checkout apply to your order.

Refunds and Support

Delivered digital products cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases after delivery, except where required by law.

If a file is missing, damaged, inaccessible, or materially different from its description, contact us with your order details. We will help resolve the issue, provide a replacement, or issue a refund when appropriate.

Copyright and Responsibility

Resources and website content are owned by Music Teacher Central or their respective licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Resources are provided for educational use. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or uninterrupted website access. To the extent permitted by law, our liability relating to a purchased resource is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms. Revised terms apply to future purchases and do not reduce permissions already granted for previous purchases.

Nevada law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
